TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions is a legal contract between an individual user and KING INTERNET & TV regarding the use of your website and services.

Kindly read very carefully as our terms and conditions of service have recently been updated:

Billing:

1. Sales are final and no refunds for fully purchased equipments and services (see exclusions below)
(a) If the equipment received is broken, faulty, damaged or we are unable to complete installation. We will pay for the return shipping and a full refund will be given upon checking the item.
(b) If installation cannot be completed due to false or incomplete pre-order information provided by the customer. The customer pays for the return shipping and the original shipping cost from the refund amount. Plus we will deduct activation/installation cost from the refund amount.

2. Invoices are generated on a recurring monthly basis for the services signed up for.

3. We only accept pre-authorized payment for all recurring invoices. Please note, by signing up for any of our services you are agreeing to the payment terms and conditions.

4. First bills are prorated based on when a client signs up for any of our services. Sample: Clients signing up on the 22nd of a 30 calendar day will be bill for 8 days and a new invoice generated 7 days after signing up or on the 15th of the month.

5. Invoices are sent out by e-mail on the 15th of each month and the due date is 22nd of the month.

6. Bill payment past the last day of the month may result to a service disconnection. Full payment will be required to have services reinstated. Re-connection fee will also apply.

Service:

  1. There are no refunds for equipment’s sold by King Internet & TV. Refunds are however made for equipment which is deemed defective at time of delivery.

  2. We only guarantee money back for new installations if installation could not be completed. Please note, service cancellation after an installation would require full payment of the service and installation cost.

  3. We require 30 days’ notice either by calling our support line or email prior to canceling your service. Please see contact method below.

  4.  In some cases, a security deposit maybe required from client who default on their bill payment or have been disconnected for non-payment. Deposit could range from $50 to $100 (Please note deposits are refundable in full when a client cancels there services).

  5.  There is a re-connection fee of $50 for service that have been disconnected or suspended for Non-Payment.

  6.  Modem on rental agreement must be returned to King Internet & TV within 15 days of service cancellation. A full fee for the cost of the modem plus a re-stocking fee will be charge on the client invoice if the modem is not returned within 15 days of service cancellation. Modem return should be mailed.

  7. Customer specifically agrees to installations/activation timelines and agrees not to put undue burdens of communications and inquires to King Internet & TV as regards status of an installation appointment and expectations as to standard installation timeframes.  The timeframes may vary from upstream supplier and will be communicated to the Customer. Installations times vary and may take 1-7 business days.

  8. Customer specifically agrees that the WiFi signals are subject to interference and range limitations, and as such any WiFi related issues are not the responsibility of King Internet & TV and the Customer must endeavor to resolve such issues by using and proposing to their end-customer remedies such as WIFI Powerline Extenders, WIFI Mesh Systems or enhanced WIFi dual-band WiFi access points/Routers and all such costs must be accrued by the Customer.

  9. King Internet & TV reserves the right to suspend or terminate customers account with or without warning found transmitting software’s, programs or services that are considered/categorized as illegal.

  10.  King Internet & TV reserves the right to suspend, terminate customers account with or without warning facilitating the use of spam software on her network

  11. The customer must protect their computer adware from all forms of content or software that contains a virus or malware, the customer stands the risk of losing internet service such issue is not resolved with 48 hours.

  12. King Internet & TV prohibits the use of tools designed for compromising security, such as password cracking tools and packet sniffers programs

  13. King Internet & TV prohibits the indiscriminately sending unsolicited, unwanted, or inappropriate messages in mass quantity (spam, mail bombing – multiple copies of a single message to the same recipient, or any application or environment specific messaging).

  14. King Internet & TV guarantee quality of service; it is however the client responsibility to report service outage to our support team by e-mail.

  15. The Customer remains responsible at all times for his computer equipment and must ensure that his computer equipment does not allow, and takes steps to prevent, unauthorized access. This includes but is not limited to, setting strong wireless passwords, limiting physical access to equipment to authorized persons, utilizing up-to-date anti-virus and firewall software.

  16. King Internet & TV will provide the Customer technical support services from 10AM to 6PM Monday to Saturdays and best-efforts emergency after hours support for any critical incidents or outages.  The Customer must communicate with King Internet & TV using the proper protocols so that any technicians can remedy any reported issues, quick and effectively.   17. Limitation of Liability: With respect to the services to be provided herein, the Customer acknowledges that King Internet & TV makes absolutely no warranties whatsoever express or implied. As a result, the Customer agrees that King Internet & TV shall not be liable to the Customer for any claims, damages or loss of profit which may be suffered by the Customer or any other entity in any respect for direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, actual, or punitive, damages arising out of or in relation to the services provided herein, including, but not limited to, losses or damages resulting from the loss of data as the result of delays, non-deliveries, or service interruptions. Notwithstanding the above limitations, under no circumstances shall the limit of King Internet & TV’s liability in contract, tort or otherwise to the Customer (or 3rd parties) for any and all claims, in aggregate, exceed the total fees paid by the Customer to King Internet & TV under this agreement in the 1 month immediately preceding the date the claim arose. The Customer specifically indemnifies King Internet & TV for any loss of internet connectivity and agrees that any loss of business to its end-customers will not be compensated for more than a maximum prorated amount for which the service experiences an outage.


Product:

1. By signing up and placing an order for King Internet & TV High Speed Internet Service, the customers assumes responsibility for the use of the service and is held liable for any infringement that contravenes inappropriate use of the service.
2. Our Residential Phone Service will become unavailable during power outage or when there is interruption of service to your internet service due to a service suspension or your internet provided is experiencing service issue.
3. Service categorized as residential Internet Service is designed for personal use and should not be used for commercial purposes.
